We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility with the most up to date dental technology to help make your visit as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we treat all patients as if they were family.
We understand dental emergencies can occur at any time and are very unpleasant. Whenever it is possible we will try to fit you into our schedule if you are having a toothache or other dental emergency.
*There is a $200 after-hours fee for emergency appointments that are seen outside of normal office hours.
This after-hour fee is in addition to the cost of any treatment needed and is not covered by insurance.
Insurance status and benefits cannot be verified after-hours. For this reason, after-hours emergencies will be billed at our standard rate. We will bill your insurance on our next normal working day and refund any insurance payment as well as the difference between our standard rate and negotiated insurance fees.
New Patient Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone, email or by filling the form below. Emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help. To expedite your visit, please complete these forms.
We value your time and work hard to eliminated or minimize waiting room time. Likewise we expect you to respect our time and give us ample notice if you will be unable to keep an appointment. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice, so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. We understand that last minute cancellations occur occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances. We will work hard to fill an appointment that needs to be rescheduled last minute. However if we are unable to fill your appointment, a $50 per appointment hour cancellation fee will be charged. This fee doesn't fully cover the loss we incur during this missed appointment but serves to help offset it. We ask that any cancellation fees be paid prior to making your next appointment.
Rules are rules, and we hold ourselves to the same standard we expect from our patients. Our no-hypocrisy policy dictates that if we ever cancel on you with less than 24hrs notice we will credit your account $50/hour of cancelled time.
Traffic and Metro conditions can make getting around DC difficult at times. Please give yourself ample time to get to your appointment. Late arrival may require rescheduling your appointment or our inability to complete the scheduled services.
We employ phone, text and email to remind to remind patients of and confirm their appointment. To avoid cancellation fees for missed appointments, we assume that an unconfirmed appointment is one that you have forgotten, or no longer able to attend. These will be removed from the schedule one day prior to the appointment and offered to other patients.
