Facility
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility with the most up to date dental technology to help make your visit as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we treat all patients as if they were family.
Hours
We try to accommodate the busiest schedules. For that reason you will find availability early in the morning, in the evening, as well as some weekends.
Mon. 2pm - 8pm
Tues. 8am - 2pm
Wed. 2pm - 8pm
Thurs. 8am - 4:30pm
Sat. 10am - 2:30pm (every other Sat.)
24/7* emergencies
We understand dental emergencies can occur at any time and are very unpleasant. We will always try to fit you into our schedule if you are having a toothache.
*There is a $150 after-hours fee for emergency appointments after 8pm on weekdays or anytime on a weekend that the office is closed.
*There is a $250 after-hours fee for emergencies after midnight.
These emergency fees are in addition to the cost of any treatment needed.

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
PPO Insurance: We are participating providers with several dental plans. We are more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits.
Interest free financing: We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, we offer 3rd party financing through City Health and Chase Health. Using these plans you can pay for your dental treatment over 1-2 years interest free.
Discounts: seniors and students are eligible for discounted fees.
Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
We value your time and will work hard to minimize any waiting room time. Likewise we expect you to respect our time and give us ample notice if you will be unable to keep an appointment. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice, so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A $50 per appointment hour cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment. This fee doesn't fully cover the loss we incur during this missed appointment but serves to help offset it.
